NEW YORK, NY — Karl-Anthony Towns powered the New York Knicks to a 113–100 win over the Brooklyn Nets on Monday night at Barclays Center, pouring in 37 points and grabbing 12 rebounds in a dominant performance. Jalen Brunson added 27 points as New York extended its winning streak over its crosstown rival to 12 straight games.

Towns was highly efficient, hitting 14 of 20 shots and going a perfect 6-for-6 from the foul line. The Knicks have not lost to the Nets since Jan. 28, 2023, when Brooklyn claimed a 122–115 victory.

Mikal Bridges contributed 16 points, and Jordan Clarkson provided a spark off the bench with 12 for New York. The Knicks collectively shot 51.1% from the floor (45 of 88) while holding the Nets to just 37.9% shooting (33 of 87).

Brooklyn was led by Noah Clowney, who delivered a career-best 31 points, while Michael Porter Jr. added 16. The Nets’ struggles at home continued, falling to 0–8 this season at Barclays Center.

The rivalry matchup was locked at 51 early in the third quarter after Terance Mann converted a three-point play, but the Knicks took control from there. Towns and Bridges fueled a 38-point third period, with the duo combining for 23 points as New York shot 63.6% in the frame — including six makes from beyond the arc — to push the lead to 89–75 heading into the fourth.

The Knicks were without guard Landry Shamet, who injured his right shoulder in Saturday’s loss to Orlando and did not suit up.
